Once tracking is provided items take 2-3 business days. Upon rare cases shipment may take longer. We do not offer refunds related to shipping delays related to USPS Holiday Schedule. We are not responsible for any import fees or additional charges by your local mail distributor. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking, double box & complementary insurance on your product.

We insure the package and we screen all payments to make sure addresses are valid and the people using them are authorized account users. Life happens and we got your back with piece of mind. Next time you buy from someone else ask if they would replace your shoes in the case they ended up in the wrong hands. Most likely not.
We does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Presale, New Releases & Special Offer Items
All Presale Items are Non-Refundable. Buyers Remorse will not be honored. Presale items are subject to minor delays based on order volume. You are welcome to exchange your item to credit towards something else if you end up getting two pairs. Prices, inventory & offers are subject to change based on demands of market.
In order to keep our clients safe we have a one item max for new customers. This rule does not apply for existing customers.

We do not process returns or cancellations that are caused by buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. All of our products are 100 percent authentic and receipts & proof of that can be provided. We do not accept items after they have been worn. We do not accept items that are resold on third party exchanges. Restocking fee’s may apply. In the case a refund is sent please allow 2-7 business days to appear back on your method of payment.
